This four-day bootcamp provides an accelerated, hands-on pathway to mastering the principles of Business Continuity (BC) and Disaster Recovery (DR) in preparation for the Certified Business Continuity Professional (CBCP) exam.  Through real-world scenarios, case studies, and practical exercises that reinforce every stage of the BC lifecycle, participants will gain the critical skills and confidence to build and maintain resilient organizations capable of responding effectively to disruptions caused by cyber incidents, natural disasters, supply chain failures, or human error.
