This two-day, hands-on workshop is designed to prepare subject matter experts, team leads, and aspiring instructors to confidently deliver engaging, learner-focused training sessions—both in-person and virtually. Participants will explore the fundamentals of adult learning, instructional design, classroom management, and presentation techniques with hands-on practice, feedback, and coaching.
